Our Mission

"To empower the non-school goers and early school leavers, from among the marginalised and vulnerable communities, with limited or no access to formal channels of learning, by enhancing their vocational, technical and livelihood skills, thereby improving the quality of their lives and making them self-reliant".

Our Focus

• Early school leavers &Non school goers
• Dalits, Adivasis, Scheduled Tribes, Fishing community, marginal farmers, religious minorities and the urban poor.
• Include minimum 55% of the women as trainees
• Include Minimum 5% Most Vulnerable Group (MVG): MVG means Person with Physical or mental Disability, Transgender, Widows/separated women, Children of widows and single parents, children from women-headed families, Trafficked women, Terminally ill and their family members, Youth in Conflict with Law, Urban homeless and Bonded labourers.
