Functional Vocational Training and Research Society (FVTRS) is a non-profit organization promoting vocational skill training for the early school leaving youth since 1993. The organization based at Bangalore, Karnataka and works in different states of the country with special focus to early school leavers and illiterate youth. These vulnerable youths lack further education and skill training opportunities due to social and economic constraints. FVTRS aims to tap into their untapped potential by providing functional vocational skills, enabling them to lead productive lives and escape the cycle of poverty. Our efforts focus on making school dropouts employable and empowering marginalized youth for a better future.
