FVTRS believes that its staff are the very pillars of the organization, and hence staff capacity building is an important activity of the organization. The training programmes offer opportunities for the staff to strengthen present skills, acquire new skills and learnings, foster teamwork, increase collaborations and pool resources and expertise. This will not only ensure a cohesive working unit, but also a better understanding of individual roles and responsibilities for the efficient and effective functioning of the organizational machinery. Ultimately, it aims to promote both personal and organization growth and performance. Thus, FVTRS regularly organizes capacity building programmes for the staff and partner organisations.
